Ananda Comprehensive Wellness Programs
Ananda's comprehensive wellness programs offer immersive experiences designed to address proactive health goals, ongoing lifestyle issues, and moderate disorders. These programs feature continuous wellness consultations with experts before arrival, during the program, and after departure to guide progress and ensure the achievement of wellness goals. Programs include therapies combined with personalized yoga, meditation, fitness, and other wellness practices. On average, these programs include 2 hours of wellness sessions daily. Specific program details are confirmed after a pre-arrival consultation with Ananda’s Wellness Consultant.
