Bookings made through ATMA for SHA Wellness Clinic are subject to a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations made 14 days or fewer before the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable. Cancellations made 15 to 30 days prior will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for no-shows, early departures, or unused services.
